On the Logical Origins of Quantum Mechanics Demonstrated By Using Clifford Algebra: A Proof that Quantum Interference Arises in a Clifford Algebraic Formulation of Quantum Mechanics

چکیده

We review a rough scheme of quantum mechanics using the Clifford algebra. Following the steps previously published in a paper by another author [31], we demonstrate that quantum interference arises in a Clifford algebraic formulation of quantum mechanics. In 1932 J. von Neumann showed that projection operators and, in particular, quantum density matrices can be interpreted as logical statements. In accord with a previously obtained result by V. F Orlov , in this paper we invert von Neumann’s result. Instead of constructing logic from quantum mechanics , we construct quantum mechanics from an extended classical logic. It follows that the origins of the two most fundamental quantum phenomena , the indeterminism and the interference of probabilities, lie not in the traditional physics by itself but in the logical structure as realized here by the Clifford algebra. c © Electronic Journal of Theoretical Physics. Clifford Wavelets and Clifford-valued MRAs

In this paper using the Clifford algebra over R4 and its matrix representation, we construct Clifford scaling functions and Clifford wavelets. Then we compute related mask functions and filters, which arise in many applications such as quantum mechanics.

A Clifford algebraic analysis gives mathematical explanation of quantization of quantum theory and delineates a model of quantum reality in which information, primitive cognition entities and a principle of existence are intrinsically represented ab initio

The thesis of this paper is that Information, Cognition and a Principle of Existence are intrinsically structured in the quantum model of reality. We reach such evidence by using the Clifford algebra. We analyze quantization in some traditional cases of quantum mechanics and, in particular in quantum harmonic oscillator, orbital angular momentum and hydrogen atom. The results are confirmed anal...

Positronium as an example of algebraic composite calculations

The functional quantum field theory, developed by Stumpf, provides the possibility to derive the quantum dynamics of a positronium gas from Coulomb interacting electrons and positrons. By this example, the method will be brought in a Clifford algebraic light, through identifying the functional space with an infinite dimensional Euclidean Clifford algebra.

Generalized Wavefunctions for Correlated Quantum Oscillators IV: Bosonic and Fermionic Gauge Fields

The hamiltonian quantum dynamical structures in the Gel’fand triplets of spaces used in preceding installments to describe correlated hamiltonian dynamics on phase space by quasi-invariant measures are shown to possess a covering structure, which is constructed explicitly using the properties of Clifford algebras. The unitary Clifford algebra is constructed from the intersection of the orthogon...

Clifford Algebras in Symplectic Geometry and Quantum Mechanics

The necessary appearance of Clifford algebras in the quantum description of fermions has prompted us to re-examine the fundamental role played by the quaternion Clifford algebra, C0,2. This algebra is essentially the geometric algebra describing the rotational properties of space. Hidden within this algebra are symplectic structures with Heisenberg algebras at their core. This algebra also enab...
